Job Description

Aesthetic Medical Director (Dermatologist or Plastic Suregon) - Flexible, Supplemental Income Earn additional income while staying focused on your primary practice. Must be based in Florida. LaserAway is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to serve as an Aesthetic Medical Director across select Florida clinics. This is a low-time, high-impact role designed for physicians who want to expand into medical aesthetics or generate additional income—without taking on a full-time commitment.

Provide oversight and guidance—no day-to-day patient load required What You'll Do Provide medical oversight for aesthetic services (laser, injectables, skincare) Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards Partner with LaserAway's clinical leadership to support safe, consistent care delivery Conduct quarterly site visits and participate in occasional virtual check-ins Serve as a medical resource to clinical teams when needed What We're Looking For M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted Florida license Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology Interest in aesthetic medicine (experience is a plus, not required) Ability to provide high-level oversight in a fast-growing, multi-site environment Locations Jacksonville (Mandarin), Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Doral (Miami), Orlando, Fort Meyers, Midtown Miami About LaserAway LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, delivering medically backed, results-driven treatments across 200+ locations.
