Job Description

Lead the future of feline medicine as our Medical Director in beautiful Southwest Florida. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate veterinarian to guide the medical direction of a growing cat-exclusive practice while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. With a salary of $140,000-$180,000 plus 22% ProSal and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 that can be applied toward relocation, you'll have the support and autonomy to make a lasting impact. As Medical Director, you'll oversee clinical protocols, mentor the veterinary team, and uphold the highest standards of feline medicine while partnering with practice leadership on the hospital's continued growth. You'll enjoy true clinical autonomy, a collaborative support team of two client service representatives and three veterinary assistants, and the opportunity to help shape a modern, Fear Free-focused practice. Experience with advanced dentistry is a plus, but not required. Our 3,200-square-foot hospital features three exam rooms and is designed exclusively for cats, creating a calm, low-stress environment without the noise of dogs. We're expanding services, modernizing the hospital, and pursuing AAFP Cat Friendly Gold and Fear Free certification. This Monday through Friday position offers no weekends and no after-hours emergency responsibilities, allowing you to enjoy an outstanding work-life balance while leading a practice dedicated to exceptional feline care.
