- Part-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly experienced Medical Director to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
HIPAA, NCQA
standards, DEA regulations, and other relevant legal requirements. Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Collaborate with hospital administration on practice management, budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Promote a culture of continuous learning through teaching, academic leadership, and participation in professional development activities. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with active medical licensure in relevant jurisdictions. Post-residency experience with demonstrated leadership in clinical settings; prior hospital or healthcare management experience is highly preferred. Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical development processes. Proven expertise in EMR/EHR systems management along with familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance includingHIPAA, NCQA
standards, FDA regulations, and drug enforcement policies. Experience supervising medical records management, utilization management, and quality assurance programs. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while maintaining excellent patient care standards. Skills in project management, budgeting, strategic planning, and executive leadership are essential.
