Establish and uphold best practices in clinical quality, safety, and documentation Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, infusion staff, and operations leadership Contribute to or lead clinical workflows, protocols, and provider development (depending on level) Partner on clinic growth, scaling, and operational strategy Engage with referral sources and the broader psychiatric community Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry Active Florida license (or ability to obtain) Active DEA registration Experience in outpatient psychiatry Interest in or experience with interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, SPRAVATO ) strongly preferred Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for more senior candidates
