This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse settings, including primary care, aesthetic treatments, and specialized medical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing patient well-being through clinical excellence, advanced procedural skills, and collaborative practice. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and physical examinations across various age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Administer and manage advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser therapies to improve patient confidence and satisfaction. Perform clinical procedures including suturing, IV infusions, catheterizations, spinal taps, and venipuncture with precision and adherence to sterile techniques. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as gastroenterology, infectious disease care, behavioral health, and critical care to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner), ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and medication prescriptions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide triage services via telehealth or in-person consultations for urgent cases involving acute pain management, emergency room scenarios, or complex chronic conditions. Educate patients on health coaching topics including nutrition, medication administration, wound care (including sterile processing), and post-procedure discharge planning. Qualifications Valid ARNP license with current certification to practice in the designated state; collaborative practice agreements preferred. Proven experience working in diverse clinical settings such as hospital medicine, emergency medicine, ICU/Level I Trauma Center environments, or outpatient clinics. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, diagnostic evaluation techniques (sonography, laboratory experience), and medical imaging. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Athenahealth or Cerner; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding; and drug enforcement regulations (DEA). Strong procedural skills including suturing, IV insertion/infusion, catheterization, spinal taps, and laser treatments; experience with dermal fillers and Botox preferred. Ability to work effectively within collaborative practice models alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals across specialties such as geriatrics, pediatrics, hospice & palliative medicine or occupational health. Critical care experience such as ICU or acute pain management; hospital or emergency room experience highly valued. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care; experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is a plus.
