Why You'll Love It Here Diverse & Advanced Caseload Dogs, cats, and pocket pets Opportunities for exotics and avian patients Ultrasound, cold laser therapy, digital radiography, dental imaging Advanced diagnostic capabilities Holistic & Integrative Medicine Acupuncture (optional electrical stimulation) Chinese & natural ingredient medicines Laser therapy Balanced Schedule 4+ days per week No on-call or after-hours Designed for sustainable leadership and work-life balance Professional Growth Expert-led, hands-on training at the PetOne Veterinary Training Center One fully covered PetOne course in your first year $5,000 CE in year one ($3,000 annually after) The Opportunity Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest quality of care Mentor and manage associate veterinarians Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics Partner with the Hospital Manager to oversee financial performance Prepare operating and capital budgets Guide staff and overall hospital operations Collaborate with divisional leadership under National Veterinary Associates (NVA) Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a DVM Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university Active Florida veterinary license in good standing Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Compensation Competitive base salary Production-based and leadership bonuses Up to $60,000 signing bonus No negative accrual during the first year Benefits Up to 4 weeks PTO Annual CE stipend + paid CE days $5,000 CE in year one ($3,000 annually after) Medical, dental, and vision insurance
