This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to take the next step into clinical leadership, or an existing Medical Director seeking greater autonomy within an independently owned practice. You'll play a key role in leading an established veterinary team while helping shape the future of a growing hospital, including the exciting development of a brand-new purpose-built facility. About the Practice This well-established small animal hospital has built a loyal client base and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary care within a collaborative, supportive environment. The hospital is fully equipped to provide a wide range of medical and surgical services, including: Wellness and preventative medicine Internal medicine Soft tissue surgery Dentistry with digital dental radiography Digital radiography Diagnostic ultrasound In-house laboratory diagnostics Comprehensive anesthesia monitoring Chronic disease management Senior pet care Urgent medical appointments You'll lead a team of four experienced veterinarians supported by a highly skilled nursing team, maintaining an excellent 2:1 technician-to-DVM ratio that allows doctors to focus on providing exceptional patient care. The practice places a strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and maintaining high clinical standards while giving its veterinarians genuine clinical autonomy.
