Partnering closely with the practice manager and leadership team, you'll develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide our hospital towards excellence in patient and client care, while supporting staff development. Experience & Skills Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. All Valley Pet Clinic at Federal Way is looking for a full-time Veterinarian, Medical Director to join our team in Boise, ID. About All Valley Clinic at Federal Way All Valley Clinic at Federal Way is a 3,500-square-foot general practice with a friendly, collaborative team and a strong focus on patient and client care. The hospital has 4 exam rooms, including a dedicated feline-friendly room with a separate entrance , as well as modern surgical and dental equipment, ultrasound, dental radiography, cautery, suction, and in-house bloodwork capabilities. The team is close-knit and enjoys spending time together outside of work through regular team activities. They are eager to learn, share knowledge, and welcome a Medical Director who can help them continue to grow. We are looking for a full-time Medical Director who enjoys surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and mentorship. Surgery is an important part of the practice, with approximately three procedures per day including dentals, spays, and neuters. The Medical Director will have an opportunity to help shape the hospital's medical direction, develop the team, and expand its diagnostic and surgical capabilities. The hospital sees a mix of wellness, preventive care, urgent cases, walk-ins, and drop-offs, providing variety in the day-to-day caseload.
