A Chief Medical Officer directs clinical programs and staff at a medical practice, clinic, hospital, or other clinical setting. Works closely with staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. Oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards. Evaluates developments in medical care and makes recommendations for new practices and procedures. Advises CEO and medical teams on matters impacting patient care.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:- Operates control station to monitor and control melting station
- Analyzes control signals
- Controls melting operations
- Detects deviations and initiates corrective action
Basic Qualifications:
- Two years of prior work experience Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodations):
- Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand throughout an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and manufacturing equipment Top candidates will also have:
- Previous foundry or manufacturing experience
- Math skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making

- Positions are for 2nd Shift OR 3rd Shift
- Positions are in Mapleton, IL

Salary Range :
