Qualifications:

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license and good standing in the state of practice. Board certified and maintaining certification through a nationally recognized specialty board. Eligible for and in good standing with the hospital medical staff. Demonstrated training and experience in rehabilitation medicine through one of the following: Completion of a PM&R residency; Completion of a rehabilitation fellowship; or At least two years of experience managing inpatient rehabilitation patients as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
