Job Description

We're a Federally Qualified Health Center serving 36 communities across North Central Massachusetts and we're looking for a full‑time Family Medicine physician to join our team in the greater Gardner, MA area. Our multi‑site, non‑profit health center provides a wide range of services—urgent care; primary family and pediatric medicine; preventive and restorative dental care, including oral surgery; behavioral health for children and adults; substance use disorder treatment; and specialties such as optometry, an optical shop, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, and podiatry. Compensation is $180,000-$210,000 DOE.
