Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution Licensure:
Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts Experience:
5+ years of clinical experience, with prior leadership or mentorship experience preferred Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop veterinary teams Clinical Expertise:
Strong diagnostic, medical, and surgical proficiency Technology Mindset:
Comfort with modern veterinary tools and enthusiasm for AI-driven systems Communication:
