The Role The successful candidate will divide their time between practicing high-quality medicine and providing clinical leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Mentoring associate veterinarians Supporting clinical excellence throughout the hospital Working closely with the Practice Manager on hospital development Encouraging team engagement and collaboration Maintaining high medical standards Supporting continued hospital growth and service expansion Remaining actively involved in medicine and surgery This role would suit an experienced veterinarian who enjoys coaching colleagues while still spending the majority of their time practicing medicine.
