This unique role combines clinical radiology practice with physician leadership responsibilities, including program development, operational strategy, and digital care innovation within a growing regional health system

• -Practice Structure
• Approximately 75% clinical practice in ambulatory radiology
• Approximately 25% executive/physician leadership responsibilities
• Monday-Friday schedule: 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM
• Telephonic-only call (5 PM-8 AM weekdays; 24-hour weekend coverage)
• Outside vendor provides overnight imaging reads
• Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
• Provide diagnostic radiology services in an outpatient setting
• Serve as dyad partner with Director of Operations
• Lead development and implementation of clinical programs and standards
• Oversee provider performance and practice goals
• Drive clinical strategy and digital care innovation initiatives
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to improve care delivery
• Support development of new clinical programs and external partnerships
• Participate in strategic planning for radiology services
• Monitor and improve performance of clinical programs

Hourly Rate:

$200

• $262
• Based on MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks
• Commensurate with experience and training
• Sign-on options (choose one):
• $20,000
• 25,000 bonus OR

• Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Completion of U.S
• based Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
• Active, unrestricted medical license
• 5+ years post-training clinical experience
• 5+ years experience in managed care or clinical leadership preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Executive-level presence and cross-functional collaboration ability
• MBA or advanced healthcare degree preferred
