Hours:

Alternating 7a-4p and 9a-6pm Responsibilities This clinic-based position provides direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experienceProvides leadership in healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of medical model collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closureManages clinicians, support staff, and complies with APC supervisory requirementsCreates a professional and collaborative working environmentWorks with leaders to identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvementMaintains relationships with center clients and payersWorks with medical clinic leadership team to manage clinical and support staffing levelsPromotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Concentra values for all clinic colleaguesFosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognitionPossesses financial awareness and provides input to clinic budget and key business metricsWhy Choose Us With more than 40 years of experience, Concentra is dedicated to our mission to improve the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time.
