Role Overview:

We're seeking a Medical Director to lead our clinical team, drive high-quality care, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar hospitals. You'll oversee providers, optimize clinical operations, and help expand CoreLife's presence in the community.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff. Serve as the primary liaison with MedStar hospitals and referring providers. Ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care and compliance with protocols. Support operational planning, recruitment, and clinical strategy. Represent CoreLife in business development and market growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Licensed physician with DEA and Controlled Substance credentials. Board-certified/eligible in primary care; obesity medicine certification preferred. Proven leadership experience with clinical teams.
