This senior role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, overseeing psychiatric evaluations, treatment, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications, and respond to emergencies. Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversee staff scheduling and recruitment. Ensure quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality assurance activities. Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active licensure, inpatient experience preferred, and leadership skills.
