Position Highlights:

Provide individual psychotherapy and behavioral health services to SNF residents Conduct psychological assessments, cognitive screening (MoCA, MMSE), and decisional-capacity evaluations Treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, dementia-related behaviors, and grief Collaborate with attending physicians, PMHNPs, nursing, social work, and therapy on integrated behavioral care plans Document in facility EMR per Medicare Part B billing standards (CPT 90791, 90832, 90834, 90837, 9)

Qualifications:

PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program Active state psychology license (independent practice) Experience with geriatric / long-term care population strongly preferred Comfort with cognitive impairment, end-of-life care, and behavioral disturbance Active state license (or eligible) and DEA where applicable
