Job Description
Join a dedicated team of 11+ clinicians (including physicians, nurses, and support staff) as the Medical Director of a well established Emergency Department in east-central North Dakota. U.S. News has ranked North Dakota #4 Best States in 2026- the perfect place to live, work and play! Position Highlights
- 145 shifts per year- 12 hour shifts
- Open to physicians who prefer stacking shifts and commuting from another location
- Epic EMR
- Level IV Trauma Center
- $241 an hour plus Medical Directorship stipend
- $100K sign-on / retention bonus
- $7,500 CME allowance
- Relocation assistance
