• Lebanon, NH Dartmouth Health's Department of Community and Family Medicine is seeking a board certified Family Medicine physician for the role of Medical Director of Primary Care at our Heater Road practice in Lebanon, NH.

This practice is a multi-specialty site with providers specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. The candidate will direct primary care operations locally and collaborate with other primary care leaders across the Dartmouth Health system. The role also involves alliance with our population health and community health partners. Past experience in managing a group practice is preferred but not required. The Department of Community and Family Medicine offers teaching, research and career development opportunities to all of our physicians. The ideal candidate would be a skilled clinician, an enthusiastic teacher, and a scholar committed to improving the health of our patients through high-quality team-based care specifically in an academic setting. The Family Medicine team at Heater Road is an integral part of a dynamic Primary Care group that has a focus on clinical and educational quality improvement, population health, and the development of new models of care delivery.
