This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gastroenterologist with a proven track record in leadership to join a growing program as the Clinical Director of Gastroenterology. They will partner closely with the Executive Vice President of Physician Services, VP of GI Clinical Operations, and hospital administrative leaders to enhance patient access, drive operational excellence, and ensure superb clinical quality.

Pay Transparency:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, strategy, and accountability for gastroenterology providers across the Ocean County market. Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain the highest clinical standards. Oversee provider productivity, quality assurance, and operational efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with service line and hospital leadership to recruit and retain top gastroenterology talent. Participate in the education and mentorship of fellows, providers, and staff. Promote the digestive health service line both internally and externally. Support quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction goals, and compliance with regulatory standards. Serve on hospital committees and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Fellowship trained in Gastroenterology. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 10 years of experience in gastroenterology with demonstrated leadership success. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
