Job Description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Internal Medicine
- Medical Director (FM|IM|Geriatrics)
- Post-Acute Care
- Albany, NY
- Full-time Monday-Friday Medical Director role in post-acute care
- Flexible round-and-go model with strong clinical autonomy
- No night shifts or weekends with dedicated night call coverage
- Provide clinical leadership, case review, and care coordination
- Focus on quality outcomes and reducing hospital readmissions
- $310K
- 345K+ estimated FFS earnings with uncapped productivity
- Full benefits, malpractice with tail, PTO, CME, and 401(k)
- BC Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- NY license and DEA required
- Post-acute|SNF Medical Director experience preferred
- Albany location with easy access to the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and Adirondacks
