Emp Status Regular Full time Work Shift Compensation Range What you will be doing The Program Director, Office of Medical Leadership (OML) functions as a strategic partner and executive operations lead to the Physician-in-Chief (PIC), advancing the PIC's leadership agenda through strategic coordination, portfolio management, and executive project execution. Working under the direction of the AVP, Office of Medical Leadership, the Program Director partners closely with the PIC to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, driving progress across strategic initiatives, governance activities, executive communications, and cross-functional projects. The Program Director provides thought partnership, anticipates leadership needs, and ensures alignment across physician leaders, administrative leadership, and key institutional stakeholders. The role is responsible for preparing the PIC for executive meetings and governance forums, coordinating high-priority initiatives, monitoring progress against strategic objectives, and driving accountability for execution. As a central point of coordination across the PIC's portfolio, the Program Director ensures leadership priorities are advanced efficiently, decisions are translated into action, and organizational initiatives remain on track. In addition to partnering with the Physician-in-Chief, the Program Director is a key connector across the Office of Medical Leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment among OML leaders and with clinical, operational, and administrative partners across the organization. The role integrates the PIC's priorities with the broader OML portfolio, facilitates communication and coordination across departments, and advances enterprise initiatives that strengthen physician leadership, governance, and organizational performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior physician leadership, influence enterprise-wide initiatives, and contribute to the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of a nationally recognized specialty hospital. The Program Director, Office of Medical Leadership (OML) is an operations partner to the Physician-in-Chief (PIC), providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support across the PIC's portfolio. Working under the direction of the AVP, Office of Medical Leadership, the Program Director will translate the PIC's priorities into coordinated action by advancing governance activities, executive communications, meeting management, and day-to-day portfolio coordination. As a trusted partner to the PIC, the Program Director advances priorities by facilitating communication, maintaining visibility into ongoing initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders, and supporting timely execution of leadership priorities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to physician leadership, institutional governance, and organizational initiatives within a nationally recognized specialty hospital.
