Job Description

Multi specialty practice (with a primary concentration in Family Medicine) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Rockville Centre location. Salary is commensurate with experience. Starting salary is $145,000 per year, but negotiable . Salary and benefits package is competitive. This position full-time, and will report directly to the Medical Director. We offer competitive salary and benefits package. Related experience preferred. Must be NYS licensed and Board Certified.
