POSITION OVERVIEW
Executive physician leadership role within a community-based nonprofit healthcare organization Provide strategic clinical oversight and quality leadership Oversee an established medical residency program Maintain a leadership-focused schedule with administrative and clinical responsibilities Support team-based care delivery and quality management initiatives Provide outpatient clinical care while serving in a senior leadership capacity
SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
Approximately 70% Administrative Approximately 30% Clinical No weekend clinic responsibilities Flexible on-call arrangement Clinical volume of approximately 15-35 patients per week
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$210,000 - $230,000 Student Loan Repayment up to $75,000 401(k) with 3% Employer Match $5,000 Annual CME Allowance 5 CME Days 10 PTO Days 5 Sick Days 3 Personal Days 9 Paid Holidays Life Insurance (1.5x Salary) Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Employer pays 77% of Medical Premiums Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
Requirements:
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or
OBGYN REQUIRED
Active Ohio Medical License
REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years healthcare leadership experience
REQUIRED
Comfortable treating patients of all ages
REQUIRED
Preferred Background:
Physician leadership experience Residency program oversight experience Quality management experience Community health experience Team-based care leadership
