The Medical Director role combines hands on patient care with leadership of our DVM team and medical support staff. In collaboration with our hospital management team, the medical director is responsible for providing excellent patient and client care, mentoring associate veterinarians, and maintaining our positive, team-centric culture. He doesn't plan to "ride off into the sunset" upon your hire, but instead, he would love to work in tandem with an incoming DVM/Medical Director to ensure a smooth transition and support as you settle into the role. DVM / VMD

degree from an accredited veterinary school 5+ years of experience in small animal medicine (preferred) Proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills Ohio veterinary license (or ability to obtain) A good human who plays nice with pets and people Has strong communication skills and a desire to foster lasting relationships with clients, their pets, and other WWACC team members Takes pride in their work and strives to provide a memorable client experience with each appointment Has a willingness to guide, mentor, and be a member of the team What can we offer you?
