Care Center Dayton is seeking a Medical Director to guide our talented doctors and shape the future of our practice. About Care Center Dayton Care Center Dayton is a specialty and emergency hospital located in Ohio's Miami Valley, just an hour north of Cincinnati and west of Columbus. We are a close-knit, dedicated team focused on high-quality care and a positive, supportive work culture. Though smaller than our sister hospital in Cincinnati, our Dayton location operates independently with the agility and camaraderie of a close community. We're looking for a leader who's energized by the opportunity to guide, build, and inspire. The Opportunity As Medical Director, you'll lead our ER team and specialists in a collaborative environment. You'll balance clinical shifts with leadership responsibilities-offering mentorship, upholding medical excellence, and helping to shape hospital growth. We're excited to welcome a trailblazer: someone who enjoys building strong teams, fostering a positive culture, and embracing opportunities to innovate and grow.
