• You'll oversee medical services across all three levels simultaneously: Sobering → Withdrawal Management → Residential. Patients move through a coordinated pathway, and your clinical vision will shape every step of that journey. Build and Elevate a Team

You'll partner directly with the Sobering/WDM Nurse Manager, the Senior Medical Director, and program leadership across the organization. This is a team that wants to hear your voice. What You'll Own Medical oversight across Sobering, Withdrawal Management, and Residential services.
