Job Description
Providence Medical Group's Hillcrest clinic is seeking an experienced board-certified Family Medicine physician to join its well-established Primary Care team in Southern Oregon. In addition to direct-patient care, you will have a defined leadership role as Medical Director overseeing the primary care clinic. Position Details:
- Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (0.9 FTE clinical + 0.1 FTE Medical Director)
- Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities include quality improvement projects, supervision, and serve as clinical lead for the practice
- You'll also have the mentorship and support from the current Area Medical Director during a transition period
- Paneled position; outpatient care only
- Option to work 4 or 4.5 days a week; Monday to Friday
- Call from home

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of practice experience and board-certified in Family Medicine
