Join an Oregon healthcare organization as their next Interim Senior Medical Director, OB & Family Birth! The Position The Interim Senior Medical Director, OB & Family Birth, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operational and physician initiatives throughout five locations. The Interim Senior Medical Director will focus on current initiatives including physician advocacy, OB ultrasound expansion, reorganization of governance structures, clinical and leadership mentoring, patient safety, and quality. Seeking a strategic physician who will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, drive, and engagement to ensure that both short-and-long-term goals are achieved. Ideal candidates will bring extensive knowledge and experience regarding OB/Women's Services quality regulations pertaining to day-to-day procedures including c-section, delivery, and postpartum care. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements MD/DO is required. Union experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details Compensation Range:

$350,000 to $400,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
