Job Description
Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician for a leadership role at a busy urgent care center in Fairless Hills, PA. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license and be board-certified or eligible. The position offers an initial part-time option and includes dedicated administrative time and a stipend.
Ideal candidates can:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting Oversee staff to ensure excellent clinical care, compliance, and staff motivation Collaborate on developing protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements Show a passion for patient experience and patient-centered care The role is full-time, paying $150/hour, with benefits including 401(k), dental, and health insurance. The schedule involves 8-10 hour shifts, including weekends as needed. Preference for candidates with at least 3 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.Benefits
