Job Description
Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician for a busy urgent care center in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Candidates must hold a valid Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified or eligible. The role offers leadership responsibilities with dedicated administrative time and a stipend, with initial part-time options available.
The ideal candidate will:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting Oversee staff to ensure excellent clinical care and compliance Collaborate on clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements Demonstrate a passion for patient experience and patient-centered care Job details: Full-time position at $150/hour Schedule includes 8-10 hour shifts, with weekends as needed Benefits include 401(k), dental, and health insurance Minimum 3 years urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferredBenefits
