POSITION OVERVIEW
Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is seeking an internal Medical Director due to company growth and expansion. IPC wishes to identify a dynamic individual who can dually function as a frontline clinician for adult and youth demographics, as well as a strategic leader in a player-coach model. The role requires experience in Consult-Liaison/Inpatient setting and leadership oversight to operate as clinical advisor. The position is 100% remote and will require multiple state licenses (or ability to obtain) to practice and consult across numerous facilities.

Quality-focused assessment and treatment Practice across multiple clients to help staff and proactively address challenges Review and evolve care strategies, QI Initiatives, and protocols Solution-oriented lead for IPC providers Advise facilities to current market conditions for staffing needs Data assessment for care optimization and workflow Conduct interviews and peer evaluations If you have clinical and leadership experience, and are interested in the next step of your career, please apply with your CV for further discussion.
QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO with Board Certification Adult Psychiatry & Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. Active, clean, unrestricted medical license Participation in IMLC or willingness to obtain multiple state licenses Active DEA registration
