Medical Director - Medical Spa & Laser Center Bare Medical Spa + Laser Center About Us Bare Medical Spa + Laser Center is dedicated to providing exceptional aesthetic treatments in a safe, welcoming environment. We're seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our clinical operations and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Position Overview As Medical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations of our medical spa, ensuring full compliance with medical standards, state and federal regulations, and industry best practices. You'll provide expert clinical direction on treatments and protocols while championing a culture of safety, quality, and outstanding patient outcomes. Must reside within a 3-hour drive to Burlington, Vermont.
Compensation:
$25,000 - $50,000 Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure compliance with all medical standards, regulations, and best practices across spa operations Provide clinical oversight and direction for aesthetic treatments and protocols (injectables, laser treatments, skin resurfacing, body contouring, etc.) Supervise and support injectors, estheticians, and other clinical staff Review and approve treatment protocols, standing orders, and standard operating procedures Serve as the supervising/collaborating physician as required by Vermont law Conduct or oversee patient consultations for complex cases as needed Monitor patient outcomes and address any clinical concerns or complications Stay current on emerging treatments, technologies, and regulatory changes in aesthetic medicine Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in staff training/education Ensure proper documentation, informed consent processes, and medical recordkeeping Qualifications Board certification required Active medical license in Vermont Prior experience in a medical spa, aesthetic medicine, or dermatology setting strongly recommended Team management experience Strong knowledge of injectables, laser technology, and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient safety and high-quality clinical outcomes Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Flexible schedule options Opportunity to shape clinical protocols and grow with an established practice Supportive, collaborative team environment We're excited to meet the next amazing addition to our team.
