Mimi Lee, MSN, FNP-BC (UCSF Alumna) Our Philosophy Timeless Theory is a boutique medical aesthetics practice focused on reputation, professional skill sets, and a high-quality patient experience . We are not driven by "industrialized" growth; instead, we are building a steady, solid foundation rooted in clinical integrity and patient satisfaction. Our services include FDA-approved medical aesthetics including injectables, engergy-based treatments, and wellness programs such as weight loss and maintainence. The Partnership We are looking for a Medical Director (MD or DO) for a long-term, supportive professional relationship. We value a physician who is passionate about helping people look and feel their best and who appreciates a practice that prioritizes clinical quality over just high-volume, fast sales. This role is well-suited for a physician who is currently practicing in California or is residing in-state.

Core Responsibilities Clinical Oversight:

Review and approve Standardized Procedures for medical aesthetic and weight management protocols, and provide standing orders.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct a monthly electronic review of approximately 10% of patient charts to ensure documentation excellence.

Check-in Meetings:

Participate in a brief monthly check-in to discuss clinical outcomes and safety.

Emergency Support:

Provide professional guidance and support in the rare event of clinical complications (e.g., VO).

Regulatory Alignment:

Maintain the medical-legal integrity of the practice in accordance with California's MSO-PC framework.

Qualifications Licensure:

Must hold an active, unrestricted MD or DO license from the Medical Board of California.

Industry Experience:

Previous experience working with medical aesthetic practices is strongly preferred.

Status:

Must be currently practicing in California or residing in California.
