Physician Assistant License Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Medical Director to provide strategic clinical leadership for our wellness clinic. This role is focused on maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and provider excellence through oversight of clinical operations, protocols, and best practices. The Medical Director will serve as a key partner to leadership by ensuring all medical services are delivered in alignment with established standards, state regulations, and industry advancements. This position does not require direct patient clearance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide medical oversight for all wellness services offered within the practice Develop, review, and maintain clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and standard operating procedures Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations Oversee provider training, competency, and adherence to best practices Conduct regular chart reviews, quality assurance evaluations, and clinical audits Serve as a clinical resource for providers and leadership team Support the implementation of new treatments, technologies, and wellness services Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and elevated patient care Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize clinical operations and service offerings Maintain appropriate medical licensure and supervisory requirements as required by law
Qualifications:
Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in OR, in good standing Experience in aesthetic medicine, regenerative medicine, wellness, or medical spa environments strongly preferred Experience in women's health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and wellness optimization preferred Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and medical regulations within aesthetics and wellness Proven leadership experience overseeing clinical teams Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills
Preferred Experience:
Women's health, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, and functional medicine Injectable treatments, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, or advanced wellness services Experience creating and implementing medical protocols in a private practice or med spa setting
Compensation:
Competitive compensation package based on experience Exclusive perks and benefits
Pay:
$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
