We are seeking a Veterinarian / Medical Director to join a leading emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities in a modern, well-equipped hospital supported by a talented team of emergency clinicians, specialists, and veterinary nurses. You will work closely with hospital leadership to support operational excellence, mentor colleagues, promote professional development, and maintain a positive team culture. Previous emergency medicine experience is required. Prior Medical Director or similiar leadership experience required. Candidates should be confident managing clinical teams, mentoring veterinarians, and thriving in a fast-paced hospital environment.
