Medical Records Director / Transportation Director This will be a split position Join a healthcare team committed to creating a positive experience for staff and patients.Requirements:
Heath Informatics education preferred. Minimum of one year of medical records experience, preferably in a long-term care setting. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to medical records in a long-term care setting. Valid and in good standing driver's license.Responsibilities:
Maintains patient medical records and computerized programs in accordance with federal and state guidelines and established policies and procedures. Performs periodic reviews and audits of all medical records in the facility, including current and discharged residents.Benefits:
