Your efforts will not only heal but will also inspire healthier futures for our neighborhood families. Key Responsibilities Lead as the clinical supervisor for primary care providers at your designated site. Facilitate schedule optimization and coverage planning in collaboration with the Site Director. Implement clinical workflows and foster provider behavior that aligns with our values. Educate and guide clinic providers on new initiatives, supporting their implementation and progress. Collaborate closely with operational and nursing leadership to enhance clinic performance and service delivery. Minimum Qualifications Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Possession of a current Texas medical license. Board Certification in aPrimary Care Specialty:
Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-residency, showcasing expertise and commitment. Proven leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in community healthcare with a track record of supporting cross-departmental clinical programs.
