Videos Duties Help The Kerrville GEM clinic provides both primary care and specialty care to geriric pients. The medical director is responsible for the quality of care provided by the program, for the productivity of the program and for the development and implemention of programs and initiives to meet the South Texas Veterans Health Care System {STVHCS) mission. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Administrive Duties:
