We are seeking a proactive and skilled (PRN) Paramedic to join our Emergency Department team. The Paramedic acts as a vital link between patients, families, and hospital staff, helping to identify and resolve issues promptly while providing excellent patient care.

PRN Days Starting Pay:

$25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Taking vital signs Venipuncture and IV placement Wound cleaning and care Operating lab equipment, performing point-of-care testing, and quality controls Understanding lab instrument operation Monitoring and restocking supplies Reporting equipment issues to the nurse manager Updating and maintaining patient databases per procedures Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or department head

Qualifications:

EMT-Paramedic License, with at least 5 years of experience required in hospital setting Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred At least 1 year of laboratory experience Dependable and committed to delivering quality emergency care Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital staff and medical personnel
