Job Description

Medical Director-Part-Time-8 hours a month We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This unique opportunity requires approximately 8 hours per month and offers the flexibility to work 4 hours on site and 4 hours remotely. This would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired physician looking to remain engaged in patient care and healthcare leadership or if you are just looking for a meaningful part-time role. The Medical Director serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team, helping to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. The role provides professional guidance to medical staff and collaborates with facility leadership to support resident outcomes and quality initiatives.
