Job Description The CMO Training Coordinator I has functional responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering training materials and documentation. Primary responsibilities of the CMO Training Coordinator will be to use the Learning Management System (LMS) to achieve compliance with the cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) needs of the facility. The position serves as a system owner-level resource for training execution, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely completion of all training-related activities while supporting operational readiness and quality culture. This role will Serve as the primary administrator and functional owner of the LMS (Learning Management System), ensuring system accuracy, reliability, and compliance. Manage role-based curricula lifecycle, including creation, revision, approval routing, and assignment aligned to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and job functions. Monitor and report training compliance metrics (e.g., overdue training, qualification status) and proactively escalate risks impacting GMP operations. Perform routine data verification and periodic audits of training records to ensure inspection readiness. Actively troubleshoot LMS issues, including assignment errors, role mismatches, and user access concerns; coordinate resolution with IT or system vendors as required. Support audit and inspection readiness, including providing documentation, reports, and evidence during regulatory inspections. Coordinate and track new hire onboarding training, ensuring timely completion of all required GMP and role-specific curricula. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Compliance to ensure training requirements reflect current approved procedures and processes. Support effectiveness checks and CAPA (Corrective and Preventative Action) related training actions, ensuring accurate assignment, completion, and documentation within the LMS. Support training delivery logistics (On the Job Training or Instructor Led Training) as needed, ensuring alignment with operational schedules. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required. Skills 1+ year of experience supporting LMS administration, training coordination, or related systems-based role. Demonstrated ability to manage assignments, maintain accurate records, and support multiple priorities in a structured or compliance driven environment required. Technical certification in training, quality, or related field preferred. Candidates should have experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including user support, training assignments, and issue resolution preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry. Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Compliance Wire, Success Factors, and Corner Stone. Exposure to audits, inspection readiness, or continuous improvement initiatives. Experience collaborating across teams to support training and operational effectiveness Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment is highly desired Exposure to training compliance requirements and regulated documentation practices. Familiarity with data integrity principles (ALCOA+) and maintaining accurate records within controlled systems is strongly preferred. MS office, Compliance Wire, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or other LMS. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication.
