Strong Compensation Package:

Minimum base salary of $175,000, with top-of-market 25% production $30,000-50,000 annual leadership stipend based on prior experience $25,000 signing bonus Relocation assistance available Your Role As Medical Director, you'll balance clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, acting as both a role model on the floor and a strategic partner behind the scenes.

You will:
