Mon-Fri:
8am-5pm, approx. 40 hours/week. Shared on-call coverage. Join an established radiation oncology practice in the heart of St. Louis, while being a part of a Mission-driven organization designed to serve the community. In this academic position, the radiation oncologist would work alongside highly trained surgical and medical subspecialists serving a diverse, adult and pediatric population. The position is primarily based at SSM Saint Louis University Hospital. The radiation oncologist would be expected to utilize all external beam radiation modalities including 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT and SRS. Opportunities to perform HDR brachytherapy and GammaTile procedures are available. Disease-site specific specialization is available. Current equipment includes three Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators, ExacTrac Dynamic, two CT simulators with 4D capability, Nucletron HDR remote after loader, Eclipse, ARIA, Brainlab Elements, MIM, and Epic EMR.
