What You'll Do As the Operations Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the practice while partnering with our doctors and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and business success.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Drive daily operations and practice efficiency Monitor key performance indicators and practice goals Improve scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity Deliver an exceptional patient experience Support financial performance and practice growth Coach team members on accountability and service excellence Partner with doctors to execute strategic initiatives Manage staffing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture What We're Looking For Previous dental office management experience preferred Healthcare leadership experience will also be considered Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Comfortable managing KPIs and operational performance Financial acumen with experience improving practice results Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Positive, energetic, and patient-focused leadership style Why Join Pinnacle Hills Dental?
