As our Office Manager, you will serve as the operational heartbeat of the practice-leading daily front office functions, supporting clinical flow, driving practice growth, and being directly rewarded for performance through dual monthly bonus opportunities!
Key Responsibilities Practice OperationsLeadership:
Direct day-to-day front office operations, manage administrative staff schedules, and maintain a seamless, welcoming patient experience from check-in to check-out.
Financial ManagementBilling:
Oversee patient billing, collections, treatment plan financing, PPO dental insurance claims processing, and aging report follow-ups.
Schedule Optimization:
Drive production goals by optimizing provider calendars, minimizing schedule gaps, and managing patient recall systems across hygiene and restorative operatories.
Team MentorshipHR Support:
Lead, train, and support front office team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture in line with ADC company standards.
ComplianceAdministrative Oversight:
Ensure complete practice compliance with HIPAA regulations, state guidelines, safety protocols, and internal administrative workflows.
QualificationsSkills Required:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a
Dental Office Manager Required:
Deep expertise in dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing, and treatment coordination
Required:
Proven track record of managing practice KPIs, driving production, and meeting monthly collection goals
Required:
Strong leadership capability with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
