This role serves as the primary mentor for front office staff, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent, high-quality service. The Lead also steps in for the manager as needed, maintaining smooth clinic operations in their absence.
What You'll Do:
Train and mentor front-office team Delegate tasks to ensure clinical flow of front office allows for excellent patient care and experience Adjust quickly to changing priorities and supports shifting workloads Schedule patients for new/returning/follow-up appointments and provide all necessary information to prepare them for medical appointments and procedures. Insurance verification with carriers and patients Ensure patient check in and check out procedures are followed accurately Keeps the practice manager informed and communicates clearly with the team
Skills and Experience:
