About This Role:
Join our veterinary hospital as an Assistant Manager and become a key leader in our practice! In this dynamic role, you'll partner with our Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and their pets. You'll have diverse responsibilities including staff supervision, financial management, compliance oversight, and operational excellence. When the Hospital Manager is away, you'll take the lead in guiding our team, resolving client concerns, and keeping our hospital running smoothly. Education & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years' experience managing multiple departments simultaneously Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm that inspires others to put forth their best effort Experience in veterinary or healthcare settings preferred but not required
