Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice. Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical support teams. Ensure exceptional patient service from check-in through treatment completion. Monitor office performance, scheduling efficiency, and key practice metrics. Support treatment acceptance by creating a positive patient experience. Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and employee accountability. Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and office protocols. Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve workflows and practice growth. Resolve patient concerns professionally and effectively. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental office management experience required. Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, and patient communication. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental experience is a plus). Positive attitude with a servant leadership mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a multi-provider or high-volume dental practice. Strong knowledge of practice performance metrics and operational efficiency. Experience implementing systems and improving workflows. Compensation & Benefits $60,000
